A fourth suspect in the August 1, 2022 murder of Rossville, Georgia resident Dakota Bradshaw has been arrested, according to Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson.
Darius Woods, age 26, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, was taken into custody Thursday evening in Chattanooga by the United States Marshals Service. Woods was arrested on a murder warrant from Walker County, Georgia, charging him in the August 1, 2022 death of Mr. Bradshaw at 417 E. Peachtree Street, Rossville, Georgia.
Additionally, Woods was arrested and charged with an outstanding murder warrant from Montgomery County, Tennessee.
Sheriff Wilson applauded the diligence of the US Marshal Service over the past two months as they searched for Woods’ whereabouts.
Law enforcement authorities in the southeast searching for ‘armed and dangerous’ gang member wanted for murder in Walker County. Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson and GBI Special Agent in Charge Region 1 Joe Montgomery say they are looking for the fourth suspect in a August 1st murder of Dakota Bradshaw. Sheriff Steve Wilson says, “Darious Devon Woods 26, of Chattanooga, is considered highly armed and dangerous. He is involved in gang activity and is wanted for another murder in Clarksville, Tennessee.” According to the Georgia Bureau of investigation special agent that is in charge of the investigation, Woods has family in Stone Mountain and the Atlanta area he also has connections and friends in Huntsville, Alabama, and Tennessee. In March 2019 Woods was arrested in Hamilton County for a home robbery in Chattanooga. During the robbery the homeowner shot one of the other suspects to death. Two men and an 18-year-old woman have been arrested in connection to the murder of Dakota Bradshaw in Rossville, GA. Dajah Larissa Collins, 18, of 129 Overbrook Drive Rossville, Kavon Collier, age 23, of Huntsville, AL, and Eric Dodds, age 23, of Huntsville, AL, have all been arrested and booked into the Walker County Jail, charged with aggravated assault and murder.
On Monday, August 1, 2022, Walker County Sheriff’s Office Major Mike Freeman contacted the GBI for assistance in investigating Bradshaw’s death. At 1:17 p.m., Walker County Sheriff’s deputies and Rossville Police Department officers responded to a shots fired call at 417 East Peachtree Street, Rossville, Georgia. Deputies and officers arrived on scene to find Dakota Bradshaw shot inside his home. Bradshaw was taken to Erlanger Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. Witnesses saw a red truck and a blue Dodge Challenger leaving the home of the incident and described a shooter getting into the red truck and speeding away.
On Monday, August 8, 2022, the GBI obtained a murder warrant for Johntae Kavon Collier. On Wednesday, August 10, 2022, the United States Marshals Task Force in Huntsville, special agents with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, and the Huntsville Police Department SWAT team and crime scene specialists, executed a search warrant at 7203 Chatfield Way NW, Huntsville, Alabama, and arrested Collier. Collier was taken to the Madison County Jail (AL). Collier waived extradition and is now in the Walker County Jail.
On Monday, August 15, 2022, the GBI obtained murder warrants for Eric Dodds. On Tuesday, August 16, 2022, Dodds was taken into custody by the US Marshal’s Task Force in Huntsville and taken to the Limestone County Jail, awaiting extradition to Walker County, GA.
On October 19th, 2022, Dajah Larissa Collins, was arrested and booked into the Walker County Jail, by WCSO on a warrant for murder and aggravated assault.

The United States Marshals Service says it helped Walker County, Georgia authorities arrest a murder suspect in Huntsville Wednesday night. Johntae Kavon Collier, 22, of Huntsville, was booked into the Madison County Jail on a fugitive from justice charge around 9:15 Wednesday night. A spokesperson for the US Marshals says Collier is wanted in Rossville for murder and aggravated assault with a gun. The murder occurred on Monday, August 1st, around 1:45 PM, in the 400 block of East Peachtree Street. Collier was extradited back to Georgia and booked into the Walker County Jail, on August 12th, 2022.
