Man wanted for three metro Atlanta massage parlor shootings that killed 8 arrested after pursuit

Robert Aaron Long,21, of Woodstock, has been identified as the suspect in the shooting at Young’s Asian Massage Parlor in Cherokee County that left four people dead and one person injured, according to the sheriff’s office. According to a sheriff’s office spokesman, He is also a suspect in two more deadly shootings at similar businesses in northeast Atlanta that resulted in four more deaths. At around 8:30 PM Tuesday night, GSP Troopers and Crisp County Deputies spotted Long’s 2007 black Hyundai Tucson south around mile marker 101. Long fled, leading to a vehicle pursuit. At around the 93-mile marker on I-75, a GSP Trooper performed a PIT maneuver. The suspect was arrested without incident and transported to the Crisp County Detention Center.

PREVIOUS: Three people are dead and two others injured after a shooting at the¬†Young’s Asian Massage on Highway 92 in Acworth, Cherokee County. The deadly shootings happened Tuesday afternoon at the business off Bells Ferry Road and Highway 92. The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office spokesman said the three injured had been transported to a nearby hospital. Cherokee County posted surveillance photos showing the alleged shooter entering into a black Hyundai SUV and driving away. After this shooting another shooting occurred at a massage parlor in Atlanta, leaving one person in critical condition. Authorities have not stated if the shootings are linked.
