Investigation into the sale of Fentanyl in Whitfield County leads to several men arrested in Tunnel Hill

According to a Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office incident report, As the result of an ongoing investigation into the sale of Fentanyl in Whitfield County, detectives were able to charge the following offenders at 130 Hillview Road, Tunnel Hill, GA, on March 16th, 2022. Dewey Clinton Phillips, 29, of Calhoun, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. Dillian Wayne Jones, 28, of Rocky Face, was charged with possession of a schedule 2 Opium, Sale of schedule 2 Opium, Possession and use of drug-related objects, and possession of tools for the commission of crime VGCSA. Cody Edward Jones, 30, Tunnel Hill, was charged with possession of a schedule 2 Opium, Sale of schedule 2 Opium, possession and use of drug-related objects, and possession of tools for the commission of a crime VGCSA. On March 17th, 2022, Mitchell Lamar Hill, 28, of Chatsworth, was charged with possession of a schedule 2 Opium, possession of methamphetamine, possession, and use of drug-related objects, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
