The vehicle then continued east on GA-53. The vehicle then drove through the gore at the intersection of GA-53 and GA-53 spur. Due to the vehicle’s erratic driving, the deputy initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of GA-53 at Spring Valley Drive. The deputy reported that Fulwood’s pupils were extremely constricted as she was facing away from the sun. The deputy had also observed a pill bottle in the passenger seat. Fulwood nearly fell during the HGN test. The deputy determined that Fulwood was under the influence of an intoxicating substance, which impaired her driving. Fulwood agreed to submit to a state blood test. During a search of Fulwood, the deputy located a plastic container in her right jacket pocket that had marijuana in it. The deputy also located a pill bottle he previously saw containing pills that did not belong in it. Fulwood was realized to the custody of her daughter.
