Lindale couple arrested in Floyd County on aggravated cruelty to animals charges

According to Floyd County Jail records, Police found two dogs at a Miller Mountain Road home that were left inside a cage for an elongated period of time without food and water. According to the report, officers also located another dog who was also left in the home without food, water, sanitary conditions, or ventilation for a prolonged period of time. Kurk Lee Branton, 32, and Bridgette Leann Warren, 23, both of Lindale, were arrested and booked into the Floyd County Jail, charged with two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals and cruelty to animals.
