Ringgold woman found to have warrants and trafficking meth after being stopped in Catoosa County 

According to a Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office incident report, on January 19th, 2022, at around 2:47 PM, Deputy Jordan received a phone call from Corporal Landen stating that Cassie Renee Stoker, 35, who had active felony warrants through Catoosa County, had just passed by him on Cloud Springs Road and was headed towards Ringgold. According to the report, “Deputy Jordan was familiar with Cassie and the vehicle that she was driving, the vehicle stays at 233 Dodd Road in Catoosa County. Deputy Jordan went to Dodd Road and waited to see if Cassie and that vehicle came to 233 Dodd Road. Deputy Jordan also confirmed that there were active warrants for Cassie using her in-car computer. It showed two warrants, one being for possession of methamphetamine. Deputy Jordan observed a blue Dodge pick-up come from Shope Ridge Road. It matched the description of the vehicle that was driven by Cassie, who has passed Corporal Landen.” The deputy attempted a traffic stop, and Cassie immediately pulled into 233 Dodd Road. According to the report, Cassie exited the vehicle and was placed under arrest for the warrants. Cassie advised the deputy she did have warrants and was aware of them. While attempting to search the truck, a male subject had come out of the residence at 233 Dodd Road and asked for the key to the truck stating he was the property owner. According to the report, the man was very insistent that he needed to get the vehicle or he was going to be late for work. According to the report, The male subject continued being insisting on taking the vehicle while she finished her search of the vehicle. Deputy Penson arrived on the scene and assisted Deputy Jordan. According to the report, “Deputy Jordan located a blue set of digital scales with crystal-like residue all over it and a wooden box that had dirty used needles in it inside the center console. Deputy Jordan then looked under the driver’s seat of the vehicle and located a large clear bag that contained multiple clear bags with meth in it. There were approximately four clear bags individually wrapped inside the large clear zip-lock bag, weighing between 27 and 28 grams each. The total approximate weight for all the bags was 114.9 grams, and this was weighed at the Catoosa County Sheriff’s office with scales provided by the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office. Cassie was booked into the Catoosa County Jail, probation violation, possession of meth, trafficking meth, and possession of drug-related objects.
