A Rome woman out on parole was arrested outside Berry Food Mart Monday, March 22nd, 2021. According to the report, Kelly Tenniel Diamond, 44, of Rome, took the money out of a lost wallet and used it inside the store. During the arrest, Rome police found a glass smoking pipe with crack cocaine. Diamond was booked into the Floyd County Jail charged with felony cocaine possession and misdemeanor theft of lost or mislaid property and is currently being held without bond on a parole violation.
