Deputy Kuzma was telling Lewis to put the car in park and which she did. Then she tried to turn the car off by pressing the dash inside the vehicle like a push button, but the car was not a push button it had a key inside the ignition. Deputy Kuzma took Lewis’s keys from the vehicle to prevent her from starting the car. While Deputy Kuzma was talking to Lewis, he could smell a very strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming off Lewis’s breath.
