Summerville man with suspended license and warrants arrested after being stopped for tag light

According to a Floyd County Police Department incident report, On October 7th, 2022, Officer Quijada stopped a black in color Honda Accord after observing no tag light on GA-1. Officer Quijada made contact with the driver, identified as Olajuwon Sherriff Blair, 30, of Summerville, who stated that he did not have a driver’s license because it was currently suspended. The officer also learned through dispatch that Blair had multiple warrants out for his arrest. Blair was then placed under arrest. According to the report, Blair also stated that he had a small bag of marijuana in the trunk of the vehicle, to which the officer proceeded to destroy the evidence. Blair was charged with driving while suspended, with no tag light and failure to appear x4.
