Summerville woman arrested on trafficking charges after several pounds of meth located at motel in Gordon County

According to a Gordon County Sheriff’s Office press release and incident report, on Thursday, February 3rd, 2022, at around 9:00 PM acting on a tip from authorities in a neighboring jurisdiction, detectives executed a search warrant at a local motel (Executive Inn) at Highway 41 / Interstate 75 in Calhoun. During the execution of this warrant, detectives and deputies discovered approximately several pounds of methamphetamine. The occupant of the motel room,Brett Pate, age 64 of 200 South Line Street, was arrested without incident a short distance away in an automobile. A search of his person yielded methamphetamine as well. According to the report, on March 18th, 2022, Jennifer Lynn Allmon, 43, of 87 Wylan Ter Summerville, was also arrested in connection with the meth trafficking investigation. Both Pate and Allmon were booked into the Gordon County Jail, charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine and other related felony offenses.
