After talking with Roman and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, deputies were able to confirm that he was under the influence of anxiety medication, Oxycodone Hydrochloride, and Xanax. Roman nearly fell asleep during the test, and the test was discontinued. Ramon was charged with DUI-less-safe drugs, possession of a schedule 2, and possession of drug-related objects.
