Two arrested after search warrant on house in Rome leads to meth and cocaine distribution ring

According to a Floyd County Police Department incident report, On June 8th, 2022, at 4:11 PM, Sgt. Wade, along with other members of the Rome Floyd Metro Task Force (RFMTF) was assisting the Department of Community Supervision in doing a residence/compliance check with an active probationer Jeremy Labron Harper, 33, of Rome, to ensure he was abiding by his probation conditions. A search warrant was obtained for 9 Clervue Cir and where they found a large assortment of drugs that was packaged for resale. During the search warrant, officers located a large amount of meth, cocaine, and marijuana that was packaged in individual baggies for resale, packaging materials, and digital scales. Phonecia Marie Ware, 40, of Cedartown, was also arrested and booked into the Floyd County Jail, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession/distribution of marijuana, possession of a counterfeit substance with intent to distribute, and possession of drug-related objects. Harper was charged with felony probation violation possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession/distribution of marijuana, possession of a counterfeit substance with intent to distribute, and possession of drug-related objects.
