Moore then informed them that she had been previously banned from all Walmart’s two prior times. Moore then stated that she was running out of money, so she decided to just steal the rest of the items. Moore was checked through dispatch for warrants. Dispatch informed the officer that she had multiple out of state warrants, one through Florida and other states. After sending Moore’s information to check if they wanted to place a hold on her, Florida advised did wish to place a hold on Moore. Moore was then transported to the Whitfield County Jail, where she was booked and charged with criminal trespass, theft by shoplifting, and fugitive from justice warrant (for possession/delivery of drugs from Pinellas County, Florida)
